European Language Portfolio (ELP)
The UK European Language Portfolio for adult and vocational purposes was developed to provide an attractive, portable and motivating way for the individual learner to maintain an up-to-date record of their language learning experience and to track their changing levels of performance. The concept was initiated by the Council of Europe, and it is currently the UK's sole model for use by adults.
