European Language Portfolio (ELP)
The European Language Portfolio (ELP) is a portable document that enables the adult language learner to record their past achievements and track their current progress against UK and European language levels.
The ELP concept was initiated by the Council of Europe. The UK ELP has been developed by CILT, the National Centre for Languages.
